Река на севере штата Миссисипи и в западной части штата Теннесси, левый приток р. Миссисипи [Mississippi River]. Течет на север в штат Теннесси, образуя заболоченный район Хетчи-Боттом [Hatchie Bottom], затем на северо-запад и юго-запад, впадая в Миссисипи у бывшего форта Пиллоу [Fort Pillow]. Длина 281 км. Национальный заповедник Хетчи [Hatchie National Wildlife Refuge]
